My instructor recommended it, now I know why
I've been using this in my reformer classes and at home. The resistance is just right, firm enough to feel it working but not so intense it's uncomfortable. The handles are really soft and the ring feels solid.

Noticeable difference in inner thigh tone
Three weeks in and I can already feel a difference in my inner thighs and core. I was sceptical at first but the resistance is genuinely effective. Light enough to store anywhere too.

Feels premium, works even better
