Limited Lifetime Warranty

Stiller stands behind the quality of its products. Stiller Reformer Sets purchased directly from Stiller are covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal and household use.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the Reformer Set, subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations stated below.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural components of the Stiller Reformer Set that arise during normal and intended personal use.

Covered defects may include:

• Structural failure caused by defective materials or workmanship.
• Components that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured.
• Hardware or structural parts that fail during normal intended use.
• Missing or incorrect components included with the original purchase.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Stiller Reformer Set purchased directly from Stiller or an authorized Stiller retailer.

Proof of purchase may be required. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to products purchased secondhand, through unauthorized sellers, or for resale.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, marks, fading, discoloration, or minor variations in finish.
• Wear to upholstery, padding, straps, ropes, handles, resistance bands, springs, wheels, or other parts that naturally wear through use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage.
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to follow the product instructions.
• Damage caused by exceeding the stated weight limit.
• Damage caused by modifications, unauthorized repairs, or replacement parts not supplied or approved by Stiller.
• Damage caused by water, moisture, heat, fire, pets, sharp objects, or other external causes.
• Damage caused during transportation or relocation after the product has been delivered.
• Commercial, studio, gym, rental, institutional, or professional use.
• Products that have had their serial number, product label, or identifying information removed or altered.
• Loss, theft, or intentional damage.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Stiller through our Contact Us page. Please provide:

• Your full name.
• Your order number or other proof of purchase.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photographs or video clearly showing the claimed defect.
• Any other information reasonably requested by Stiller to assess the claim.

You should stop using the product immediately if continued use could cause injury, create a safety risk, or result in further damage.

Warranty Remedies

If Stiller determines that a claim is covered by this warranty, Stiller may, at its option and subject to applicable law:

• Repair the defective product or component.
• Provide replacement parts.
• Replace the defective component.
• Replace the Reformer Set with the same or a reasonably comparable product.
• Provide another remedy required by applicable law.

Replacement products or components may vary slightly in color, design, materials, or appearance due to product updates and availability.

Stiller may require the defective product or component to be returned before issuing a repair or replacement. Shipping responsibilities and costs will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the approved claim.

Availability of Parts

Replacement parts may change or become unavailable over time. If an identical replacement is unavailable, Stiller may provide a functionally comparable replacement or another appropriate remedy permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stiller is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under federal, state, or local law.

California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and other applicable California consumer protection laws. Those rights are not limited by this warranty.
